Fan Filter Unit is really a self-contained ceiling unit for easily use in turbulent mixing and laminar stream cleanroom applications. Fan Filter Unit was created to provide filtered laminar airflow over a specific area. The unit integrates an excellent efficiency fan together some sort of HEPA/ULPA filter. The FFU draws in contaminated air through the top of the module, and exhaust filtered clean air vertically in the laminar air stream during its base. FFU’s may be used in the development of Class 1 for you to Class 100, 000 cleanrooms ( down to the US Federal Standard 209E)

• Integral metal faceguard protects the HEPA/ULPA filter from damage during installation and transportation.
• Fan inlet protect grille ensure operator safety during installation and prevents large objects from falling in to the casing and damaging this blower
• Pre Filter on request
• Unique modular one-piece blower and electrical assembly is created be serviceable and without difficulty replaceable at lower preservation costs.
• Standard component shipped with 3 key electrical wires.
• Quiet operation of less than 56dBA (measured at any distance of 1m from the unit at the normal airflow velocity of 0. 45m/s as well as 90 FPM with typical AC blower. )
• Select from conventional AC or electrical power efficient EC Blowers Common blower speed controller.
