Fan Filter Unit is a self-contained ceiling unit for use in turbulent mixing and laminar flow cleanroom applications. Fan Filter Unit was created to provide filtered laminar airflow with a specific area. The unit integrates a superior efficiency fan together any HEPA/ULPA filter. The FFU draws in contaminated air with the top of the module, and exhaust filtered clean air vertically in the laminar air stream with its base. FFU’s may be used in the design of Class 1 for you to Class 100, 000 cleanrooms ( as per the US Federal Typical 209E)
