How is this filter different from regular cotton filters?

Unlike regular filters, it is engineered for sticky paint mist and high temperatures (170℃). Its continuous fiberglass and 3D structure prevent paint caking, while regular cotton clogs quickly and only withstands ≤120℃.

Can it be reused after cleaning?

No. Paint mist adheres tightly to fiberglass fibers; cleaning damages the structure, reducing efficiency and causing pollutant leakage.

Choose PA-50/60 for low-to-medium paint mist (e.g., small booths). PA-100 (100mm thickness) is better for high concentrations (e.g., automotive assembly lines) due to higher dust holding capacity.
