HiTempex®HT filter are designed for high temperature application up to 350. They feature the same rugged construction as the Gas Turbine HiTempex. The HT version is manufactured of specially selected components to meet high temperature requirements. They are ideal for paint drying ovens or any application requiring high efficiency filtration at high temperatures. HiTempex HT filters are offered in two high temperature operating ranges: 250℃ and 350 ℃ and efficiency ranges of 95%, 99%, 99.97% and 99.995% as per BS EN 1822:2009.
Construction
The enclosing frame is manufactured of stainless steel
or galvanized steel or aluminized steel, which is designed
to eliminate spalling of corrosion inhibitors at elevated
temperatures.
The media pack is stabilized by a media pack retaining
bar and captured by face guard upstream and
downstream.
Frame type available with No header, Single header on
air entering side and Double header.
Faceguard and cross bracing is made on order.
Filter packed in plastic film. Due to the different thermal expansion coefficients of the
individual filter components the ceramic potting may form cracks during the tempering
process. At operating temperature (350℃) these filters have an overall efficiency of
99.97% at 0.3 microns, leakage are possible.
