BlackGuard® CP Pleated Carbon Pre Filter is a new-generation disposable gas-phase pre-filter independently developed for HVAC ventilation, commercial indoor deodorization and industrial corrosive gas prevention. Different from ordinary fiber dust pre-filter, this carbon pre-filter focuses on gas adsorption rather than particle interception, solving long-term intermittent odor trouble and industrial pipeline corrosion risk fundamentally. The whole filter adopts waterproof kraft cardboard frame with integral pleated carbon filter media, the pleated structure maximizes filter media area to improve gas treatment capacity and lower operating pressure drop. 

Three grades of filter media are optional to meet different AMC (Airborne Molecular Contamination) removal demands. It targets diverse harmful corrosive substances including VOCs, SO₂, NO₂, water vapor, ammonia, NMP, HCI, HF, sulfuric acid and ozone in industrial working environments. Standard 2inch and 4inch thickness specifications match all mainstream front access and side access filter frames. Adopting dust-free carbon particle pressing process, the filter will not drop carbon dust during air supply operation. Disposable integrated design abandons complicated cleaning work, lowers long-term labor and maintenance cost, widely used for light commercial venues, factory ventilation, laboratory air treatment and air conditioning front-end gas pre-purification.
